Julia Richardson

Julia completed her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with a minor in Food Sustainability. She is now working her way through a Master’s Degree then on to her Dietetic Internship at the VA in Tampa. She first fell in love with mindfulness and Intuitive Eating as a kickboxing trainer and throughout her own fitness journey after seeing and experiencing multiple situations of disordered eating. She recognizes that overall well being is not measured by what the fitness industry or society says, but instead measured by mindful movements and discovering satisfaction. In her free time, Julia enjoys cooking, baking, exercising, and walking her dog on the beach. Right now, Julia is on track to become a Dietitian and plans to specialize in Women’s Health, sharing her passion for body acceptance, knowing that food is a tool for nourishment that your body deserves.
